Contact your insurer, lodge a claim directly with them and book appointment to bring your car in for an assessment. If your car is undrivable, inform your insurer at the time of lodging a claim to email us a tow authority and we will collect your vehicle.
At your assessment, we will walk you through the findings and answer any questions before proceeding. We liaise with your insurer to lodge the quote, send through supporting photos, and ensure everything is in place for repair approval.
Once the insurer has approved the repair, we confirm timing with you and book the job in. We also order all required parts in advance to minimise delays.
On the scheduled date, you drop the vehicle off and we begin work. We disassemble the damaged areas to check for any hidden structural issues. If additional damage is found, we update the quote and contact the insurer for further approval.
Our experienced technicians carry out all necessary repairs, from straightening the chassis to panel replacement. All work is completed using manufacturer-approved techniques and equipment.
